Ok, I am trying to find out which stores carry ORLY nail polish. I am looking for the “oh cabana boy” color and I don’t really want to order it online. Does anyone know what stores carry that brand? Please let me know thanks.

Which is better and why? Is it okay to use a top coat for the nail lacquer?

I’ve used a cheap grinder with felt buffing wheels. I’ve used a white “cutting compound” and a blue polishing compound. I can get the big problem scratches down to scratches put in by the buffer. I can get those scratches to tiny scratches. I just can’t get it completely shiny with no marks. I know that record stores use similar equipment (not the cd cleaning machines, a buffer with some mysterious compound) and they always have completely shiny CDs that have no tiny scratches left.

I’ve also tried Scratch and Swirl remover.
