Salon deco ideas for a neon/techno themed sweet 16 party?

my sister is an event organizer and she needed help finding ideas for a party shes hosting, so yeah…tips please, and thanks in advance

last year we did a neon/techno party and it rocked.
Basically you know paper chains?
Make them out of cheap glowsticks!

Simple but it looks great.
Have a themed dress code of one item of neon clothing minimum.
Or if you want to be adventurous like we were have it based on The Rocky Horror Picture show clothing… It looks awesome.
Get col0ourful food and drinks and big flashy lights are a must.
Keep it dark but like I said neon.

And obviously just have techno/trance/dance music playing really loud. Then you’re good to go.

You could also attach glowsticks to the invites and people could wear glow in the dark stuff. You can get glow in the dark lipstick, nail varnish stickers and so on…
That looks cool.
