I had my nails done a couple of weeks ago, and I wanted tips with gel overlay. I went to a cheap place because I needed them donw that day and I didn’t have time to book anywhere else. He put on the tip and then pulled out powder that looked an awful lot like acrylic, put that on, and then put on a gel overlay. When I asked him if it was acrylic he said that it was a gel powder. Is there such a thing? Is this a bad way of doing nails?
